All Pastors of the Organization. The Pastors Council shall consist of all Pastors who are in good standing with the Church. It is the Ecclesiastical Council empowered to hear, try and determine any cases and matters that are referred to it by the General Assembly,  the Presiding Bishop, the Board of Bishops, Jurisdictional Assemblies, or by the Departments of the Church.
